Star Wars(aw)

Christmas and Star Wars are around us. I´m looking forward to see the film even tough I´ve seen only first part (like a week ago).
Anyway, I find it pretty amazing how Star Wars impacts popculture and market. This is time for posting posters of Star Wars(aw) made by Joanna Bagnucka.

how often do you go to the cinema in Cracow?

When I moved to Cracow I was amazed by cultural life, especially by cinemas. In the heart of the city there are many small and cosy cinemas what have nothing to do with huge and expensive cinemas full of people eating popcorn or nachos.  What do I like the most about it? The atmosphere, film events (such as a week of italian or german films) and the fact that cinema doesn’t have to be expensive!
Let’s see what is happening in my favourites cinemas in December.

Lo que me gusta mas en la vida cultural de Cracovia es el cine. En el centro de la ciudad hay muchos cines pequeños y acogedores donde se suele ver las películas realmente buenas! Las aulas son pequeñas, las pantallas de tamaño suficiente para disfrutar. No tienen nada que ver con unos cines enormes llenos de la gente comiendo un popcorn o o nachos. Encima cada semana hay varios eventos (por ejemplo el mes pasado organizaron una semana de cine italiano o alemán). Y lo mas importante – ¡salir al cine en Cracovia no es costoso! Lo juro que merece la pena ir al cine frecuentemente.
Vamos a ver que nos ofrecen este mes.

From 5 of December until 1 of January  the cinema ARS offers film shows for 6 zlotys. The event named “Art for 6 – Winter 2014” and will last 4 weeks. Every  ticket costs only 6 zlotys and the program is very big.

Desde 5 de diciembre hasta 1 de Enero el cine ARS ofrece las proyecciones de películas por 6 zloty. El evento se llama “Arte por 6 – Invierno 2014” va a durar 4 semanas. Todos los entradas cuestan solo 6 zloty y el programa es bastante grande.

Od 5 grudnia do 1 stycznia kino ARS zaprasza na cykl seansów SZTUKA ZA 6-STKĘ – ZIMA 2014. Przez 4 tygodnie każdy bilet kosztuje jedynie 6 złotych, a wybór jest naprawdę szeroki.

Do you miss cinema in Cracow? Are you looking to see something with English subtitles? In the city center of Cracow there are many small and cheap cinemas. I checked some programs and in two cinemas you can see some movies with English subtitles.

Echáis de menos el cine en Cracovia? Buscáis algo para ver con subtitulos en ingles o en castellano? En el centro de Cracovia hay muchos cines – pequeños y baratos. Revisé algunos programas y en dos cines podéis ver algunas películas con subtitulos en ingles y a veces aùn en español.

Chcesz podszkolić angielski i połączyć do z przyjemnością? W dwóch kinach w Krakowie jest możliwość obejrzenia niektórych filmów z angielskimi napisami. Tanio, blisko i przyjemnie.
